By uploading your CV, you represent that all professional history and certifications are 100% accurate. While we engineer ATS-friendly architecture, we do not verify the truthfulness of user content.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their profile data.

For Recruiters — No Guarantee of Hire

Our platform provides structured candidate profiles for efficient screening, but it is the recruiter's sole responsibility to perform due diligence and background checks before making any hiring decisions.

Orb CV is a facilitator and does not guarantee the suitability of any candidate for any role.

Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any employment decisions, loss of data, or technical errors that may occur during use of the platform.

We do not guarantee that using Orb CV will result in an interview or job offer. Orb CV disclaims all liability for hiring outcomes.
